Ordering Cookies & FAQ

Q: How can I place my order?
A: The best way to place your order is by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org, or simply click on the 'Contact' tab and submit an inquiry form. We try our best to respond within 24-48 hours. From there, we will take care of all your cookie needs!
Q: How far in advance do I need to place my order?
A: We recommend placing your order about 3-4 weeks in advance, in case we need to special order any supplies or cutters. The more notice the better, as certain dates tend to fill up quicker than others.
Q: How much are the cookies?
A: Please contact us for pricing details! Since each order is customized, the prices range based on the designs and labour required.
Q: Do you offer pick-up or delivery?
A: We totally understand the chaos that comes with event planning and therefore we do offer a delivery service on Saturdays & Sundays to a handful of locations in the GTA. Pick-up in Scarborough is also an option any day of the week.

Q: What are the cookie ingredients?
A: The sugar cookies contain flour, butter, sugar, eggs, salt, baking powder, pure vanilla extract, confectioners' sugar, and meringue powder. The cookies do not contain nuts but cannot be 100% guaranteed nut-free.
Q: How are the cookies packaged?
A: If you are using the cookies as party favours or loot bag treats, we can wrap them individually in cellophane bags. Or if you prefer to be more environmentally-conscious, we can arrange the cookies on a platter so they are ready to serve! We also offer cookie box sets, appropriate for gifting to one person.
Q: What methods of payment do you accept?
A: For cookie orders, we accept e-transfers, cash and credit. Please note that for credit card purchases, there will be a 3.5% surcharge. For online stationery sales, Shopify accepts a wider range of digital payment including ApplePay and PayPal.
Q: Is there an order minimum?
A: The minimum quantity for an order is 10 cookies, or a minimum of $30 to be eligible for delivery. For greeting cards, there is no minimum; they can be sold individually or in sets.
Q: How long do the cookies last for?
A: All orders are made fresh to order! They are best when consumed within one month from the time they are baked.
Q: How should I store the cookies?
A: The cookies are best kept at room temperature in their wrapping, or in an air-tight container. Refrigeration is NOT recommended as any condensation will damage the appearance of the royal icing.
